Independent Living residents at Menno Apartments can make their own decisions, arrange shopping and banking for themselves, and can manage their own hygiene and medications.
PRIMROSE GARDENS
Surrounded by modern and high-quality finishes, living in Primrose Gardens at Menno Apartments is warm and inviting for residents and their visitors.
Built in 2010, Primrose Gardens is perfect for singles or couples who plan to downsize or have sold their home. Suites have full kitchens, walk-in showers, and a walk-thru closet from the master bedroom to the bathroom. Residents are often active in the surrounding community and enjoy proximity to Mill Lake Park.
Primrose Gardens features 97 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartments and was the winner of the 2011 Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Commercial Building Awards.
TERRACE WEST
Comfortable and homey, Terrace West at Menno Apartments provides residents with cheerful surroundings and a relaxed lifestyle.
Suites have full kitchens, full bathrooms with a tub and shower, and an in-suite storage room that can also be used as a small office. Terrace West is connected to Terrace East and residents share the benefits of a larger community and enjoy the amenities of both buildings including a hair salon, wellness centre, lounges, and dining room.
Built in 1998, Terrace West features 55 one-bedroom apartment suites.
PAVILION
Affordable and practical, the Pavilion at Menno Apartments is perfect for those who enjoy a simple way of life.
Built in 1983, with an addition in 1992, the Pavilion apartment suites feature full kitchens, full bathrooms, and an in-suite storage room. Studio and one-bedroom apartments are available.
The community is friendly, diverse, and down-to-earth. Residents enjoy a hair salon, numerous lounges, a variety of recreation activities, and a daily meal in the dining room.
WHAT IS
ASSISTED LIVING?
Have you recently had a medical crisis? Are you finding it difficult to manage your medications and day-to-day activities around your home? Are you anxious living on your own and need to know that someone is there to help you manage your daily needs and personal care?
At Menno Apartments Assisted Living, personal care workers are available to assist you with day-to-day activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. Two daily meals are also provided to Assisted Living residents. Qualifying for Assisted Living or Fraser Health Subsidized Assisted Living requires an assessment.
TERRACE EAST
With 24/7 staff response and help with daily needs, living in Terrace East at Menno Apartments provides residents and their families with peace of mind.

Modern and comfortable, Terrace East was built in 2005. Apartments feature a walk-in shower, kitchenette with a two-burner countertop stove, bar-sized fridge with small freezer, and a convection microwave oven. Residents enjoy two daily meals in the dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen laundering services, and a variety of recreational activities.

Residents enter assisted living after an assessment that determines their need for additional care. This can include: medication checks and reminders, safety checks, daily personal care, and shower assistance.
